“Yoga is wonderful! It gives one a great sense of well-being. I have not found anything else that truly delivers what is promises. It gives you a space in time, when you can stretch your body, breathe slowly and feel the tensions and stresses of the day slip away from you. You leave the class feeling energised, relaxed and happy! It has made such a difference to my life that I want to share it with everyone!

I started going to a yoga class when I was 18. But I also wanted to join a gym, do aerobics, go jogging and try every other kind of exercise method. To be honest, I only enjoyed my yoga class. It seemed to get right inside my body and mind and opened it like nothing else I had experienced. After I had a bad skiing accident, I started to suffer from back pain and foot problems. I was only able to go to my yoga class and it really helped.

I worked in the corporate world, under intense pressure and yoga helped me to cope with the stresses of a professional career, 3 little children and 2 dogs!”

Pilates is taught by experienced teachers who trained in the Stott method. They have been carefully and extensively trained to work with people of all ages.

If you want to improve your posture and gain inner core strength, this is a fantastic method. If you have backache, bad headaches and any injuries, Pilates is essential to do and this is the perfect technique for you. Muscles can be isolated and worked on, allowing the injured part to heal.
