Yoga for children is an imaginative and dynamic way of bringing the benefits of yoga to children of all ages. Traditional postures, breathing and relaxation are taught through exciting, fun, interactive lessons that capture the children’s imagination and concentration.

The yoga lessons involve a wonderful combination of standing and sitting stretches; back arches; forward bends; twists; and balances. These combine to support and strengthen children physically. They also build confidence and develop focus and concentration. The last part of the yoga lesson is breathing and relaxation.

Children will feel more refreshed and sleep better.
